About the role

• Data Analyst focusing on driving analytics insights for e-commerce business decision-making. Partnering with leaders and developing solutions to complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with business leaders: you will partner with business leaders across the organization to identify opportunities for analytics to drive value, provide insights, and inform decision-making, helping to shape the direction of the business and drive growth.
• Developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions: you will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions to address complex business problems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to provide insights and drive business value.
• Designing and optimizing dashboards: you will design, build, and maintain intuitive and insightful dashboards that empower stakeholders. By ensuring consistency, usability, and accuracy, you will transform complex datasets into clear visual narratives that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
• Creating consistency and excellence: you will establish and enforce standards for analytics practices, ensuring that all analyses are conducted using best practices and that insights are communicated in a clear and actionable way.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in the data field
• Preferably experience in an e-commerce or tech company
• Degree ideally in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science or related degree or Economics/Business
• Strong SQL proficiency, along with experience in BI and web analytics platforms such as Tableau or QuickSight.
• Experience modeling data in relational database structures
• The ability to data mine across a large and varied business area or key priority for the company
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into data analytics solutions
• Very good communicator, in writing and verbally
