- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, with a track record of providing data-driven recommendations
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Business-minded: able to make actionable and impactful recommendations
- Strong analytical mindset: rigorous and able to synthesize findings
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and autonomous in working with data (SQL is mandatory)
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool
- Eager to grow and committed to continuous learning
- Agile and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python)
- Familiarity with Git and versioning concepts
