About the role

  • UX Designer shaping customer-facing digital experiences for Love Business. Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance journeys through optimal digital strategies and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in shaping and improving customer-facing digital experiences
  • Design and continuously refine websites, comparison engines, and customer portal
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to bring campaigns to life across various channels
  • Involved in all stages from benchmarking competitors to sign-off and QA

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ UX experience (bonus points for lead gen or eCommerce)
  • Skilled in working with UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC or similar design platforms
  • Understanding of how UX and CRO work together to drive business impact
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and highly collaborative
