About the role

• Head of Product Design at UMO shaping the design of an AI-powered financial platform. Leading a team of designers and collaborating with founders to ensure a premium user experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design vision across Banking, Crypto, Wealth, and Lifestyle.
• Turn high-friction flows into elegant, intuitive experiences.
• Define and push design KPIs, including usability scores, task completion rates, and NPS.
• Lead and scale a high-performance squad of 4+ UX/UI designers.
• Pioneer the integration of AI into our design process.
• Shape the UMO identity across every touchpoint.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product/UX Design, with 3+ years leading teams specifically within Fintech, Banking, or Crypto.
• You’ve shipped regulated financial products across multiple jurisdictions (EU, UAE/GCC, CIS).
• You have an exceptional body of work showcasing both high-level product thinking and world-class brand/marketing aesthetics.
• Expert-level Figma skills and a passion for AI-assisted design tools.
• Fluent English is a must. Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is a major plus for internal synergy.
