About the role
- Technical Product Manager leading the evolution of FP&A platforms at Lennar, shaping finance and technology integration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product strategy and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for FP&A systems
- Translate FP&A business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Collaborate with Finance team to prioritize needs based on business value
- Lead tech modernization and transformation initiatives involving Oracle EPM
- Drive integrations between Oracle E1, Oracle EPM, data warehouses, and downstream reporting tools
- Serve as a trusted partner to FP&A leaders, supporting forecasting
- Ensure systems support homebuilding-specific complexities
- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, data engineers, and QA teams
- Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management strategies
Requirements
- Experience with large, decentralized, multi-division organizations
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, OCI, etc.)
- Familiarity with agile / SAFe delivery models
- MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree
- Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications
