About the role

  • Deploy the control policy defined in coordination with Management and establish the strategy for control plans according to contractual objectives and the results of fraud investigations, with a constant focus on safety, quality and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety directives and the Pole's internal procedures
  • Organize joint operations with law enforcement
  • Ensure network security during sensitive events in partnership with the PCC and the Management Pole
  • Manage and analyze the pole's activity using KPIs and monitoring tools while respecting budgetary and contractual commitments and ensuring data compliance
  • Propose and implement improvements for the Pole (organization, service quality, fraud, absenteeism, productivity, etc.)
  • Develop the procedures required for the Pole's operation
  • Actively participate in fraud prevention through regular field operations alongside teams and team leaders
  • Oversee the handling of complaints affecting his/her teams
  • Contribute to the security of staff and the care of customers through active network monitoring and effective intervention in case of security-related incidents
  • Organize and implement prevention and mediation actions
  • Lead the Pole, promote information flow and organize team meetings
  • Support and reinforce field teams on a regular basis
  • Supervise team leaders and ensure managerial cohesion
  • Contribute to onboarding, training and professional development (recruitment, evaluations, interviews)
  • Carry out individual and collective measures (absenteeism, disciplinary actions, etc.) in compliance with applicable rules and ensure follow-up
  • Enforce the rules inherent to the activity (legal framework) and safety instructions
  • Contribute to quality of work life through appropriate management and communication styles
  • Manage the mediation team (monitoring working time, recruitment management, managing the relationship with the partner association providing staff...)

Requirements

  • Required level: diploma equivalent to Bac +2 or equivalent experience, internal or external
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a role related to identity verification is desirable
  • Strong managerial experience leading a team of at least 30 agents
  • Must meet the requirements for swearing-in (assermentation) and identity recording
  • Category B driving license required; D license + FIMO preferred
