- Provide commercially focused legal support across a broad range of matters
- Partner closely with stakeholders to enable business outcomes while managing legal risk
- Work alongside business leaders and client delivery program teams, helping shape decisions through clear, considered advice
- Support work across commercial contracting, corporate governance and compliance
- Contributing to the delivery of complex programs within a technology and engineering-led organisation
Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 10 years post-qualification experience
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to understand business drivers and provide advice that supports decision-making
- Confidence operating in ambiguous and evolving environments, with the ability to make decisions and move matters forward
- A pragmatic approach; comfortable progressing work and delivering outcomes without needing every detail to be fully resolved
- Adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and business needs
- Exposure to corporate governance and compliance frameworks
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience within engineering, technology, defence, or program-based environments highly regarded
