Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate matter information on our internal systems, including document management, time recording and AML checks;
Precedent maintenance and other administrative tasks for the leasing practice group;
Deal monitoring activities including regular communication with clients, landlord solicitors and other parties to progress lease deals, manage diaries, schedule meetings, coordinate document execution and distribution electronically and by post.
Managing completion processes, including exchange of contracts and completion statements, SDLT calculations, coordinating searches, Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
Requirements
A career paralegal. Work experience in customer-centric industries will also be valued.
Interested in commercial leasing and general commercial law.
