About the role
- Support implementation of Coupa system through procurement and process management activities at Leega, an innovative consulting company.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Coupa system.
- Act as interface between the Procurement department and Technology team.
- Map and design processes.
- Execute P2P / Requisition-to-Order activities.
- Manage supplier registration.
- Support Strategic Sourcing initiatives (mainly for contracting logistics services).
- Assist with the operational interface with the legal team regarding contracts.
Requirements
- Required: experience with the COUPA system.
- Senior-level professional with experience in procurement (supply chain) routines.
- Experience in procurement system implementation projects is desirable.
- Required knowledge of Strategic Sourcing.
- Experience with process mapping and design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office — Excel intermediate/advanced.
- Skills in identifying, prioritizing, and remediating problems.
- Time management skills, ability to multitask, highly organized.
- Proactive, hands-on, flexible profile with strong communication skills.
