About the role
- Senior Full Stack Developer in banking solutions focused on guarantees and credit management. Engage in high criticality systems deploying .NET and MongoDB expertise in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#), REST APIs, distributed services and asynchronous integrations.
- Implement and optimize data structures in MongoDB, ensuring performance, security and consistency.
- Develop and integrate services using MQ (or other queue managers), ensuring resilient and scalable processing.
- Participate in architectural decisions, proposing structural improvements and engineering patterns.
- Work on the maintenance and evolution of guarantees, collateral and operations systems related to the credit lifecycle.
- Conduct complex analyses, troubleshooting, incident investigation and permanent fixes.
- Ensure delivery quality, including automated tests, documentation and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business, risk and operations teams, translating functional needs into robust technical solutions.
- Support the team in DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines and observability.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer (recommended minimum: 6–8 years).
- Proficiency in .NET / C#, including APIs, services, middleware and architectural best practices.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB (data modeling, indexes, aggregation pipelines).
- Experience with messaging systems (MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar).
- Proven experience in a banking/financial environment, preferably with guarantees, collateral or credit systems.
- Understanding of distributed architectures, microservices and synchronous/asynchronous integrations.
- Ability to work on critical systems with high availability, security and compliance requirements.
