About the role

- Preparation and monitoring of various budgets, forecasts and financial plans
- Analysis of variances between planned and actual results and derivation of appropriate measures

Requirements
- Degree in business administration, controlling, financial management or completed commercial vocational training with further qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the social or non-profit sector
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and grant/funding management
- Experience with controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., Vivendi, DATEV)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of personal responsibility and a structured working style
- Sensitivity to the specific characteristics of social organizations
- Interest in social impact measurement and sustainability controlling
