About the role

  • Pre-sales Executive at UOL EdTech engaging leads to support education technology solutions. Responsibilities include lead qualification, initial contact, and CRM data updates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead qualification to identify the best leads for our business and those aligned with the customer profile we seek.
  • Understand the needs of potential customers.
  • Make the first contact with new leads following established cadences (emails and calls) and map opportunities for the Sales team.
  • Qualify opportunities by identifying product-market fit and pursuing increased lead volume.
  • Generate interest using sales techniques to demonstrate our product’s ability to address the lead’s needs.
  • Understand and address major objections from potential customers.
  • Update CRM with relevant information about identified opportunities.
  • Participate in reporting routines for data produced during qualification to improve the quality of the process and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with inbound sales.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience in pre-sales.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
