About the role

  • Regional Administrative Manager responsible for supporting compliance and operations in ABA therapy. Collaborate with HR and clinical teams in a regional clinical services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical documentation reviews and follow-ups
  • Support staff compliance processes including session conversion, training compliance
  • Support clinical leadership with internal and client communications
  • Coordinate office supply purchases with learning centers and offices
  • Ensure key internal systems are kept up to date
  • Provide oversight for front office assistants
  • Act as regional point of contact for corporate administrative departments
  • Complete special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of two years general corporate administrative experience
  • Background in healthcare and/or healthcare compliance
  • Technical Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and maintain thoroughness
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information to identify and troubleshoot
  • Proactive in seeking out opportunities to learn and grow
