Responsibilities
- Deliver second-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the installation of hardware and software components for servers.
- Deploy the approved updates/patches for Servers & Network Devices to meet changes in information technology.
- Maintain Passive Components of the network infrastructure to support organizational needs.
- Monitor the behavior of the System Security for Data loss prevention.
- Reviews IT documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Reviews maintained records of IT assets and inventory processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any related field of studies.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills to carry out coordination/liaison with other sections.
- Working under pressure and effectively in a team.
- Good experience with Operating Systems Environment (Windows and Linux).
- Good experience with LAN and WAN Networks Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP,,…).
- Good knowledge with Switching & Routing Configuration (Cisco, HP, …)
- Good knowledge with Firewall Configuration (FortiGate, Cisco,…)
- Good experience with Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Good knowledge with cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
- Good knowledge with Cybersecurity Principles.
