About the role

  • Independent Contractor BCBA providing ABA services including client assessment, treatment planning, and supervision. Maintaining compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and support direct service staff
  • Ensure fidelity of ABA interventions
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards per the BACB
  • Ensure compliance with California funding and documentation requirements
  • Projects and cases assigned by Regional Clinical Director

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Active eligibility to practice in the State of California
  • Experience providing ABA services in home, school, or community settings
  • Knowledge of Regional Center, insurance, or Medi-Cal ABA requirements preferred
  • Reliable transportation for field-based services
