Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that the solutions developed accurately meet the organization's functional and strategic needs.

Requirements
- Valid bachelor's degree recognized nationally in Information Technology or in a mathematics-based field — Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics;
- Or a valid bachelor's degree recognized nationally in a non-mathematics field plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
- Unless otherwise specified, technical English is considered desirable.
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements elicitation
- Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience preparing functional specifications and process diagrams
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business teams
- Experience validating deliverables with stakeholders
- Have performed or participated in the execution of the following activities:
- Backlog prioritization
- Writing user stories
- Refinement of user stories
- Creation of product roadmaps
- Hold at least one of the following certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner I (Scrum.org), Certified Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (PMI), Agile Scrum Foundation (ASF) (EXIN), Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) (ScrumStudy).
