Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that the solutions developed accurately meet the organization's functional and strategic needs.
Map, analyze, and optimize business processes;
Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements;
Write user stories, prioritize the backlog, and create product roadmaps;
Facilitate communication between technical teams and users;
Ensure requirements traceability and validate deliverables with stakeholders.
Requirements
Valid bachelor's degree recognized nationally in Information Technology or in a mathematics-based field — Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics;
Or a valid bachelor's degree recognized nationally in a non-mathematics field plus a postgraduate degree in Information Technology.
Unless otherwise specified, technical English is considered desirable.
Experience in business process analysis and requirements elicitation
Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements
Experience preparing functional specifications and process diagrams
Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business teams
Experience validating deliverables with stakeholders
Have performed or participated in the execution of the following activities:
Backlog prioritization
Writing user stories
Refinement of user stories
Creation of product roadmaps
Hold at least one of the following certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner I (Scrum.org), Certified Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) (PMI), Agile Scrum Foundation (ASF) (EXIN), Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) (ScrumStudy).
