Responsibilities
- You support the line manager in fulfilling their responsibilities for safety-related matters
- You accompany and assist the Safety Officer (SiBe) in initiating, coordinating and implementing cross-departmental concepts and projects
- You process internal protocols and reports
- You plan and organize trainings on occupational safety, emergency measures and first-aid training and deliver them
- You support the Safety Officer (SiBe) during safety inspections (internal audits) across all company areas
- You promote health and safety within the company
Requirements
- You have completed training as a KOPAS (Contact Person for Occupational Safety) or are willing to obtain this qualification; technical or commercial vocational training
- You have a strong affinity for occupational safety and health protection topics
- You are a solution-oriented individual with effective and confident communication skills
- You are accustomed to working independently
- You have excellent MS Office skills
- You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English
