Entrepreneurs are taught to experiment, rely on customer feedback, create prototypes, and test ideas.
This methodology helps businesses launch quickly instead of being stuck in months or years of planning and research.
Startups will adapt, learning and improving through iterations.
The Lackawanna College Venture Lab offers access to expert advisors and mentors, a comfortable coworking space, digital and professional services, and a fabrication center with 3D printers and Cricut machines.
Startups also have access to Venture Lab programs, competitions, and potential funding sources.
