- Translate enterprise and business strategies into targeted development solutions.
- Design, curate, or recommend advanced and scalable learning solutions (formal, informal, experiential).
- Partner with program managers and subject matter experts to create integrated development pathways aligned to enterprise frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and functional leaders, influencing decision-making related to capability development needs.
- Establish success metrics for learning solutions and evaluate their impact using data and stakeholder feedback.
- Recommend improvements based on insights, industry best practices, and evolving workforce capability needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of professional experience in learning and development, performance consulting, organizational development, or talent management.
- Proven experience independently leading complex consulting engagements and advising senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose capability gaps and design effective, scalable learning solutions.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and influence skills.
- Expertise and experience in enabling competency frameworks with learning interventions and HR Capability building.
