About the role

  • Commercial Excellence Manager overseeing awareness-to-lead-to-order processes and driving customer experience strategies at Alfa Laval. Lead CRM-related initiatives for increased business generation in the MEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the awareness-to-lead-to-order process
  • Local point of contact for CRM-related topics
  • Ensure all customer data is activated for commercial strategies
  • Champions customer experience efforts anchored in Cluster strategy
  • Plan and execute commercial support activities
  • Responsible for engaging local organization on key CRM processes
  • Ensure continuous progress on data quality journey
  • Local champion for Customer Experience process

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of IT ecosystem (CRM, ERPs etc.)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proactive personality and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced in stakeholder management
  • Advanced general business knowledge in Marketing and sales
