Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP BASIS operational experience, with practice in maintenance and support environments.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
- Experience in performance analysis to optimize SAP systems.
- Knowledge of SAP products — managing system growth to maintain scalability.
- Ability to analyze and resolve errors in SAP environments.
- Continuous monitoring of systems to ensure stability.
- Execution of lower-complexity updates in SAP environments.
- Familiarity with IT operational and management best practices.
- Experience with customer service platforms and technical support, ensuring prompt and organized responses.
- Proficiency with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
