About the role

Responsibilities
- Implementation, design and further development of SAP roles and authorizations in the SAP modules HCM (PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, PT), FI/CO, MM and SD
- Confident use of tools such as PFCG, SUIM, SU01 and conducting table-level analysis in the SAP roles & authorizations area
- Conceptual design, planning and project support
- Quality assurance: testing and evaluating developed SAP roles and authorizations
- Preparation of requirements specifications and solution documentation
- Preparation of feasibility analyses
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Collaboration within an agile team
Requirements
- Very deep and long-standing experience in the functional/technical analysis of SAP roles and authorizations, including in the SAP HCM module (PY, PA, OM, PT)
- Design and conception of security processes related to SAP roles & authorizations and user management
- Strong proficiency with common SAP tables for analysis
- Experience with classic and structural authorizations in the HCM environment
- Experience with audits and managing critical authorizations
- Creation and development of SAP roles and authorization concepts
- Quality assurance of SAP roles and authorizations with regard to employee types/functions
- First-, second- and third-level support in the SAP authorization environment
- Clean police clearance certificate (no criminal record)
- Solution-oriented approach
- Good written and spoken German
