Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reliability and safety models for various systems
  • Perform reliability and safety analyses across a diverse product portfolio
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure product reliability
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve product reliability and safety
  • Design and implement reliability test plans for new products and processes
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards through application of reliability engineering techniques
  • Drive program compliance with Reliability and System Safety procedures
  • Perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments and lead fault tree analyses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant technical experience, preferably in aerospace or defense sectors
  • Experience in reliability analysis, development of FEMCAs and PFMECAs
  • Application of MIL-STD-882E
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant technical experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • Active US Secret Security Clearance
