Requirements

- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies
- Familiarity with data security and governance principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles
