- Implement specifications and order documentation for the fabrication of machines and systems
- Manage design capacity to ensure schedule, cost and quality targets are met
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Product Design) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in design, preferably in special-purpose machine construction
- Proven leadership experience in a team leader role
- Language skills: good written and spoken English
- Working style: goal-oriented and committed, with a critical approach to existing processes
