About the role

Responsibilities
- Execute Threat-Led Penetration Testing (TLPT) and Red Teaming operations across diverse platforms
- Simulate sophisticated cyber-attacks to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and network infrastructures
- Develop and utilize custom tools and scripts for penetration testing and threat simulation
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing vulnerabilities, attack methodologies, and remediation strategies for clients

- Collaborate with other experts within Kyndryl Offensive Security to share knowledge and enhance security testing practices

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience
- Proficiency in ethical hacking methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong knowledge of information security concepts, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their security considerations
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and penetration testing tools (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap)
- Understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST)
- Ability to analyze complex systems, identify vulnerabilities, and propose effective solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex security issues to a diverse audience
