Responsibilities
You will lead and develop the dispatch and customer service team
Closely coordinate with Sales, Production and international Logistics
Ensure on-time deliveries and optimal inventory levels
Proactively optimize and digitize the entire logistics and supply chain system
Define and implement targets, policies and processes for logistical operations
Coordinate between IT, Logistics and Sales
Responsible for all after-sales processes
Manage orders in Salesforce and SAP and promote synergies across different cultures
Maintain and optimize customer data in Salesforce
Requirements
Degree or several years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable field
Experience in the agricultural sector or with the agricultural market is an advantage
Solid knowledge of logistics services, customer and sales support
Initial leadership experience desirable
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proficient in SAP, Salesforce and common IT programs
Strong IT affinity
Very good German and English language skills
Driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel (approx. 5–10% international)
