About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist focusing on systems and tools in supply chain management. Optimizing processes and harmonizing the system landscape in Customer Service & Logistics department.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating the further development of the system landscape in the German market, with a focus on order processing
  • Harmonize existing processes across all relevant crop types, contributing innovative ideas to achieve overarching process objectives
  • Design, optimize, and implement interfaces between relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) in close collaboration with internal and external service providers
  • Define requirements for the Customer Service & Logistics department and represent these requirements in international projects (e.g., S/4HANA rollout)
  • Execute user acceptance tests and deliver internal training sessions in collaboration with end users

Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally with a focus on Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Strong understanding of systems and processes, particularly in the area of order processing
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, especially the SD module; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of IT project management; initial professional experience in this field is beneficial
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities, combined with a high level of assertiveness and team spirit
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a reliable, independent working style
  • Fluent English and good German skills, both written and spoken
