About the role
- JDE Finance Business Analyst with expertise in Belgium and France tax, bridging business requirements with JDE ERP solutions. Ensuring compliance with regional tax laws in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance processes within JDE
- Design and configure JDE financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) to meet business needs
- Ensure accurate implementation of Belgium and France tax rules (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes, etc.) in JDE
- Maintain compliance with local statutory reporting requirements and liaise with tax authorities when needed
- Identify gaps and propose improvements in financial workflows
- Support automation and standardization of tax-related processes across regions
- Conduct system testing (UAT, SIT) for finance and tax configurations
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for JDE finance functionalities
- Work closely with finance teams, IT developers, and external consultants to deliver solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert for Belgium and France tax compliance within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst with JD Edwards ERP
- Proven expertise in Belgium and France tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, fiscal reporting)
- Strong knowledge of JDE financial modules and localization features
- Familiarity with European tax compliance tools and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- English (mandatory), French/Dutch (preferred)
