Financial Crime Administrator supporting daily operations of financial crime function at Kroo Bank. Engaging with customers and other institutions to ensure compliance and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
Be the first port of call for all Financial Crime customer contact.
Handle escalations from the Customer Service team and provide practical advice on required actions.
Applying Financial Crime policies and processes and recording detailed notes to aid with investigations.
Support with the identification of financial crime trends through data analysis.
Using Financial Crime systems to check for any malicious actors and loading to the relevant databases where necessary.
Liaise with other financial institutions and law enforcement authorities.
Liaise with other business departments.
Support the optimisation and update of existing processes, systems and procedures.
Requirements
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
At least 2 years experience in a customer service role in the financial services sector.
Experience in a Counter Financial Crime function is beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Have worked in a start-up.
Are familiar with Financial Crime and AML regulations.
