Responsibilities
Closely collaborating with the Program Management Team, you will contribute to initiatives that enable successful adoption of new ways of working.
Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder meetings and change-related workshops.
Supporting the implementation of Management of Change (MoC) and Change Network initiatives.
Preparing strategic communications, presentations, and documentation for key change interventions.
Aligning project timelines and change management plans to ensure consistent execution.
Assisting with training readiness, including logistics and content coordination.
Monitoring and analyzing key program KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the program lifecycle.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Commerce, and Finance, and working closely with project and workstream leads, and Change Champions throughout the organization.
Requirements
A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Exposure to or experience in change management, project coordination, internal communications, HR, or transformation support, preferably gained in an international context.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An affinity for digital and business transformation environments.
A structured, hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is considered an asset).
