About the role
- Change Manager supporting organizational change in ERP Transformation Program at Kramp. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project adoption and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborating with the Program Management Team, you will contribute to initiatives that enable successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder meetings and change-related workshops.
- Supporting the implementation of Management of Change (MoC) and Change Network initiatives.
- Preparing strategic communications, presentations, and documentation for key change interventions.
- Aligning project timelines and change management plans to ensure consistent execution.
- Assisting with training readiness, including logistics and content coordination.
- Monitoring and analyzing key program KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across the program lifecycle.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Commerce, and Finance, and working closely with project and workstream leads, and Change Champions throughout the organization.
Requirements
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Exposure to or experience in change management, project coordination, internal communications, HR, or transformation support, preferably gained in an international context.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- An affinity for digital and business transformation environments.
- A structured, hands-on approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is considered an asset).
