Responsibilities
Coordinate development, implementation and maintenance activities for systems;
Coordinate all IT projects and requests (infrastructure, development, user support and cybersecurity);
Ensure the maintenance and availability of the company’s digital data in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
Manage infrastructure resources with team support (Web servers, file servers, TS, virtualization, applications, AMS, IIS, storage, ERP, and email systems);
Manage support for SAP S/4HANA;
Implement AI, automation (RPA), and new applications in line with market trends;
International certifications (ISO 27001);
Train and develop members of the IT technical team;
Promote a data-driven mindset as part of the organizational culture;
Identify and evaluate new technologies and products aligned with corporate policies and market standards;
Maintain control of the company’s software and hardware inventory;
Respond to audit requests;
Define, monitor and control budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for expenses related to telephony, equipment, projects and technology services;
Gather user requirements and oversee the development of new system projects using available internal resources or sourcing software, applications, or external service providers, aiming to fully satisfy user needs within acceptable cost and time standards;
Provide and maintain mobile and fixed telephony resources;
Comply with Health & Safety and PSRM standards required to perform the activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Power BI
Knowledge of SAP
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Advanced English
