About the role

  • Key Account Manager for managing strategic accounts within the healthcare sector at Konica Minolta. Responsible for client relations, delivering innovative solutions, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities, negotiate Healthcare portfolio products, develop value propositions aligned with client needs, and manage the sales process for the key accounts assigned by the Company.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, offering customized solutions and acting as a trusted consultant by mapping stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends and participate in trade shows and events to anticipate demand and contribute to the development of new markets and innovative business strategies.
  • Lead all initiatives within major accounts, including sales projects or service improvement efforts, ensuring project feasibility and successful execution.
  • Create opportunities by advising clients to drive projects that result in the acquisition of Konica Minolta solutions.
  • Perform follow-ups and analyze opportunity data (BI) for opportunities that are created, in progress, won, lost, or cancelled.
  • Prepare and deliver training within your area of expertise as needed, promoting knowledge sharing and people development, as well as creating content, promotional materials, and product and business training for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with company-defined workflows and processes, seeking continuous improvements and implementing efficient and effective actions to resolve potential non-conformities.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in managing strategic accounts and large hospital groups.
  • Proven experience in new business development.
  • Experience actively participating in trade shows and events, representing the company, prospecting new clients, and closing deals.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and building relationships with senior executives (CEO, CMO, CIO).
  • Practical knowledge of CRM systems for customer portfolio management and sales funnel tracking.
  • Familiarity with performance indicators (KPI, KGI) and the ability to monitor results.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, pricing, and after-sales support.
