Responsibilities
Communication: Represents the client company and projects its image (through attitude, behavior, language and clarity of expression) to end customers;
Is responsible for Konecta's internal and external image;

Contributes to effective overall communication between departments.
Operational management: Implements, across all operations to which they are assigned, all resources made available to them in order to achieve the objectives set;
Actively contributes to the client's development and achievement of objectives by responding appropriately to interlocutors' needs and expectations through active listening and personalized advice;
Must satisfy and retain prospects or customers through active listening, providing information tailored to their needs and personalized advice;
Handles various contacts across all channels, taking into account both their own objectives and the client's request;
Complies with the quality standards defined by the company regarding procedures, tools, processes, etc.;
Verifies the relevance and accuracy of all information before communicating it to clients or prospects.
Administrative management: Immediately reports to their supervisor or manager any issue that may alter or compromise the smooth running of operations (special client requests, malfunctions, etc.);
Collects, records and ensures the integrity of information regarding client requests and responses provided in order to update the client file and/or profile and to establish follow-up and personalization of customer relationships;
Is responsible for the confidentiality of information processed and/or communicated in the course of their activities.
