Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre in der Industrie
- Weiterbildung im Qualitäts- oder Prozessmanagement auf Stufe HF/FH
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Lean und KVP eines Produktionsbetriebs
- Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen und ISO-Normen (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Methoden, Werkzeugen und Ansätzen PQM (u.a. SIPOC, PDCA, DMAIC, FMEA, Kaizen, usw.)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Prozessmodellierungs- und Datenanalyse-Tools
- Erfahrung im Führen interdisziplinärer Projektteams
