About the role
- Security staff ensuring comprehensive safety monitoring using modern technologies in a metallurgical company. Work in different shifts to provide safety in assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive monitoring and assurance of safety in the assigned area
- Use of state-of-the-art technologies to maintain an efficient working environment
- Operation of BMZ/EMA/site radio (fire alarm control panels / intrusion detection systems / site radio)
- Telephone switchboard, alarm control center, and alarm monitoring/tracking
- First aid and participation in the emergency response chain
Requirements
- Qualification as a certified Protection and Security Officer (e.g., Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft / Werkschutzfachkraft, Servicekraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) or equivalent is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential
- First aid certificate advantageous (refresher training possible)
- Strong communication skills and clear verbal and written expression
- English skills are a plus but not required
