Responsibilities
Act and support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of processes related to healthcare quality and patient safety across all hospitals in the network, aligning practices with regulatory standards, accreditations and corporate guidelines
Develop, implement and monitor quality and patient safety policies and protocols across the network
Monitor clinical indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement
Coordinate internal audits and support hospital accreditation processes (e.g., ONA, JCI)
Deliver trainings and capacity-building for multidisciplinary teams on safe practices
Analyze adverse events and lead mitigation and prevention plans
Serve as a technical reference for hospitals, ensuring standardization and compliance with current legislation and regulations
Prepare reports and present results to executive leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine or related areas)
Postgraduate degree in Quality, Patient Safety or Hospital Management
Proven experience in clinical quality processes and hospital accreditation
Knowledge of indicator analysis, risk management and safety protocols
Ability to work in a corporate environment and with multiple units
