- Senior Project Manager responsible for operational success in AI & Data projects at Klee Group. Collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the methodological quality of projects
- Represent and uphold our commitments to project success with clients
- Promote operational efficiency within the Data unit
- Design, develop and industrialize accelerators around our data offerings
- Lead and advance data teams on methodological aspects in high-stakes engagements
- Contribute to the development and positioning of Klee's commercial data offering
- Support commercial development: participate in pre-sales, estimations, pitches, and demonstrations
- Participate in internal and external communications: organize knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, conferences, and write blog posts and white papers
- Contribute to technology monitoring in data and AI
Requirements
- Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5) or PhD (engineering or equivalent)
- Approximately 15 years of proven experience in operations management and project leadership
- Proficiency in Agile, SAFe and Waterfall project management frameworks preferred
- Strong interest/aptitude for the financial and legal aspects of engagements
- Knowledge of data platforms and ecosystems (MDM, Analytics) and public cloud providers (Azure / AWS / GCP) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with data architecture solutions and patterns is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, and a strong customer service orientation
