About the role

- Conducting negotiations with contractors to secure optimal performance

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in construction (ELTHKLS), optionally with an additional qualification as a technician (m/f/d), or a degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, or professional experience in a comparable position or in the construction industry
- Experience in industrial construction is an advantage
- Knowledge of construction and contract law (VOB)
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
- Conceptual, analytical and structured working style combined with a solution-oriented approach
- Team player, creative and flexible
- English language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel
