About the role

  • Assisting in the creation of training materials for legal topics and conducting training sessions. Collaborating with experienced colleagues to enhance training contents at KINAST Innovations in a part-time role.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the preparation of training materials on legal topics, policies and procedures and learn how to present complex content clearly.
  • You will assist in delivering training sessions, gradually taking on your own short segments and gaining experience in moderation.
  • Together with experienced colleagues and subject-matter experts you will work on the further development of training content.
  • You will help adapt training formats to different target audiences, whether for in-person sessions, webinars or e-learning.
  • You will support keeping training content up to date and develop an awareness of new legal requirements.

Requirements

  • You have completed a law degree or are studying a legal or interdisciplinary subject (e.g., Legal Tech, information law).
  • Initial experience with training, teaching or knowledge transfer is desirable but not required.
  • More important is your willingness to grow into the role.
  • You work in a structured way, enjoy learning new processes and think in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You are comfortable with technology.
  • You are curious to engage with e-learning tools and digital platforms.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of Gamma or Moodle is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Good written and spoken English is required.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage but not essential.
