Responsibilities
You will support the preparation of training materials on legal topics, policies and procedures and learn how to present complex content clearly.
You will assist in delivering training sessions, gradually taking on your own short segments and gaining experience in moderation.
Together with experienced colleagues and subject-matter experts you will work on the further development of training content.
You will help adapt training formats to different target audiences, whether for in-person sessions, webinars or e-learning.
You will support keeping training content up to date and develop an awareness of new legal requirements.
Requirements
You have completed a law degree or are studying a legal or interdisciplinary subject (e.g., Legal Tech, information law).
Initial experience with training, teaching or knowledge transfer is desirable but not required.
More important is your willingness to grow into the role.
You work in a structured way, enjoy learning new processes and think in a solution-oriented manner.
You are comfortable with technology.
You are curious to engage with e-learning tools and digital platforms.
You are proficient with Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of Gamma or Moodle is a plus but not mandatory.
Good written and spoken English is required.
Additional language skills are an advantage but not essential.
