About the role

• Technical Product Owner interfacing between strategy, business, and tech in a data-driven environment. Leading agile teams to develop products based on customer vision and needs.

Responsibilities

• You are the central interface between strategy, business and tech.
• You gather requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, IT architects and engineering managers.
• You take care of the continuous implementation and further development of the roadmap, always keeping an eye on customer vision, needs and goals.
• You define the epics and user stories for the product and you are responsible for backlog priorities and sprint plannings.
• You support the teams with refinements and identify dependencies and risks at an early stage.
• You work with motivated and technically first-class colleagues in an agile environment.
• You like to work independently in companies of different sizes and industry focus.

Requirements

• Strong affinity for tech and data, especially modern data and AI solutions (especially in the Microsoft Azure environment) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Previous practical experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer / SRE or an equivalent technical role would be desirable.
• Ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details.
• Analytical orientation and strong problem solving skills demonstrated in the ability to structure problems and analyse alternative solutions.
• You understand how to build products based on metrics and KPIs.
• Shaping the entire product development process through your proactiveness and open mindset.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong opinion but the desire to find a solution supported by the team.
• Enthusiasm for your job and and the joy of working in teams.
• You are fluent in German and English - our teams and our projects are becoming increasingly international.
