About the role
- Associate Director for Automotive segment at KEYPLAYER managing growth and strategic client acquisition. Supporting Director and overseeing key accounts, placements, and advisory collaborations in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director Automotive in developing and expanding the Automotive segment
- Develop innovative ideas for the structured management of the segment
- Win new clients for the placement of key positions
- Take responsibility for implementing strategies to identify and capitalize on potential opportunities
- Manage existing clients and expand collaboration at the management level
- Execute placement processes for national and international mandates
- Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and delight clients by filling high-profile positions
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Advisor Board
- Support the Director in recruiting additional advisors
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in the Automotive segment or in a consulting firm focused on Automotive
- Strong affinity for sales and business development
- Structured, conscientious working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Professional, well-presented demeanor
- Highest standards of quality and client orientation
- A professional network at decision-maker level in the industry is an advantage but not required
