About the role

  • Data & Business Intelligence Associate supporting sourcing and validation of data for fraud detection strategies. Involves basic querying, reporting, and collaboration with model partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing, manipulation, preparation, and validation of data for consumption
  • Perform basic querying, data mining, recurring reporting, and ad hoc requests
  • Build basic reports and provide technical assistance
  • Observe trends and write rules & strategies to improve fraud risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with model partners to improve strategy performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ year of experience in an analyst or similar role, familiarity with Fraud preferred
  • Exposure to data integration and analytical programming
  • Experience with basic project management
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Working knowledge of SAS or SQL (SAS preferred)
  • Beginner-to-intermediate database querying skills
