About the role
- Manage and disposition assigned portfolio including loans and REO for KeyBank. Collaborate with borrowers and vendors while implementing asset management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and disposition of an assigned portfolio.
- Develop and implement an approved asset management strategy for assigned portfolio.
- Correspondence and negotiations with borrowers, guarantors and/or their representatives.
- Completion of various internal and external reports for portfolio management.
- Monitor the performance of third-party vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis for various management and disposition strategies.
- Travel as required.
Requirements
- Possess college degree or equivalent job-related experience.
- Possess computer literacy including good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access software programs.
- Possess at least five (5) years relevant experience in real estate law and /or financial services.
- Some travel required.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
