About the role
- Financial Analyst focusing on currency management and financial impacts in supply chain at Kenvue. Supporting reconciliations, process improvements, and month-end close activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze currency impacts for budgets and actuals.
- Submit hedging exposures and assess their financial impact.
- Manage currency exchange risks across the supply chain.
- Perform profit elimination processes for intercompany transactions.
- Execute intercompany account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end close activities (journal entries, variance analysis, reporting).
- Standardize and automate financial processes.
- Maintain documentation and controls in line with SOX and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in a multinational or supply chain environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
