Responsibilities
Lead the Order Management team at the Sarstedt site (5 direct reports, 21 indirect reports)
Act as the interface to Sales, Production Planning and the R&D/Development department
Responsibility for and implementation of the planning process - SIOP
Customer contact regarding delivery dates and product specifications — serving particularly as an escalation point
Preparation of the weekly sales forecast
Operational responsibility for sales and order intake
Member of the site management team
Requirements
University degree in a technical field (e.g., Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
Several years of leadership experience in Order Management or Sales
Excellent communication skills — including the ability to handle conflict situations
Creativity in developing technical or commercial solutions
Knowledge of contract law
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Good SAP (SD module) knowledge as well as Microsoft 365
