About the role

  • Supply Chain Manager overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement and distribution. Driving efficiency and improving service levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the end-to-end supply chain function.
  • Oversee demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and performance standards.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, procurement, and sales teams.
  • Manage supply risk, stock availability, and business continuity planning.
  • Drive process improvements and systems enhancement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience using ERP or supply chain planning systems.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Ability to work strategically and operationally.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in supply chain, logistics, or business is preferred.
