About the role
- Supply Chain Assistant at Bel maintaining performance indicators and optimizing processes within the supply chain. Contributing to the efficiency of stock management and promoting service levels.
Responsibilities
- Maintenir des indicateurs de performance : Suivre les promotions, les taux de service, les challenges des couvertures de stocks
- Préparer les revues mensuelles
- Réfléchir et mettre en place de nouveaux indicateurs de performances
- Optimisation des processus : Piloter l’exécution court et moyen terme du plan d’approvisionnement sur le périmètre concerné
- Communiquer les informations de son périmètre : gérer les risques de rupture/obsolescence, identifier les stocks à risque et mettre à disposition les données de flux et stock prévisionnelles aux autres fonctions.
- Animer les routines quotidiennes / hebdomadaires en veillant à maximiser le taux de service du carnet de commande.

Requirements
- Vous préparez votre Master 2 orienté Supply Chain en école de commerce ou à l’Université.
- Vous avez une première expérience en alternance dans un service de supply Chain en circuits Grandes et Moyennes Surfaces.
- Vous êtes curieux et dynamique, vous avez à cœur de travailler en équipe et savez être force de proposition.
- Rigoureux et organisé, vous êtes reconnu pour vos capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et vous avez un bon relationnel.
- Vous maitrisez Excel (macros, Power Query) et avez une première expérience d’utilisation de Power BI.
