About the role

  • Senior Performance Analyst at Dasa optimizing digital marketing strategies. Focused on data-driven decisions and performance improvement to drive health outcomes in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement consultative performance strategies focused on Google Ads and other paid media (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), ensuring maximum efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct in-depth performance data analyses using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to identify opportunities, trends, and bottlenecks, turning them into actionable insights.
  • Propose and run A/B tests and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, acting as an internal consultant to optimize user flows and improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present consultative reports and dashboards with relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), communicating results and recommendations clearly and strategically to different stakeholders.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to marketing and business teams, providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring performance activities align with business objectives.
  • Identify new tools and technologies in the digital marketing and analytics market that can enhance performance capabilities and decision-making.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, best practices, and changes in the digital marketing and analytics landscape, sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Performance Analyst with expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms).
  • Advanced proficiency in web analytics tools, primarily Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Experience with Tag Manager and Data Studio/Looker Studio is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into practical strategies and solutions.
  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
  • Proactivity and autonomy to investigate challenges, propose innovative solutions, and lead optimization projects.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
