About the role
- Technical expert in TEF solutions working at Keeggo, ensuring robust payment integration and high availability in critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical reference for TEF solutions (IP, Cloud and hybrid integrations), ensuring platform robustness and continuous evolution.
- Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting training, specialized technical support, and the dissemination of best practices.
- Plan, deploy and maintain TEF environments in mission-critical contexts, ensuring high availability, performance and transaction security.
- Define technical architectures, integration strategies and contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity.
- Lead and support homologation/certification processes with TEF Houses, acquirers and strategic partners.
- Monitor, diagnose and resolve complex issues related to networks, TCP/IP communication and transaction performance.
- Work on optimizing environments and technical workflows, evaluating improvements and proposing architectural evolutions.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and norms, with emphasis on ISO 8583 and payment ecosystem protocols.
- Participate in defining the technical roadmap, contributing to strategic decisions and innovation in payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal areas, ensuring clear communication, decision-making under pressure and an ethical stance in supporting projects and operations.
Requirements
- Serve as a technical specialist in TEF solutions.
- Deploy, sustain and optimize TEF IP, TEF Cloud and hybrid integration environments.
- Provide technical leadership to the team, offering support and training.
- Support homologation/certification processes with TEF Houses and acquirers.
- Define technical architecture and contingency plans.
- Proven experience with TEF and payment methods.
- Practical knowledge of TEF Houses (SiTEF, PayGo, CliSiTef, GetNet, Stone, Cielo, Rede, etc.).
- Experience operating in mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking and TCP/IP communication.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- Autonomous, responsible and collaborative profile.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583.
- Experience with cloud environments and high-availability architectures.
